For customization windows desktop application and icons you firstly download the WinLaunch program from Sourceforge.net , After getting the WinLaunch application then extract it by using a winrar or winzip software into a local folder , After extracting you will see to many files inside it , The you have to double click the WinLaunch Starter.exe file to launch the program , You don’t have to install it on your computer instead of it can be pinned to the Windows Task Bar for fast access.
