How to create a table in blogger using microsoft word

Are you want a create a table in blogger very fastly without spending a time or no proper knowledge . Table helps to show a content smoothly and clearly , Sometimes we want to generate a content in systematic tabular format, but due to lack or hard working it is quit difficult to generate it in blogger. Blogger platform does not provide any tools directly to generate a table . However microsoft word provide a flexible tools for creating it very fastly that you implement in a few seconds.

you have to first Download and Install Microsoft Word. If you already have  installed then,  open the Microsoft Word . You will choose any version of the ms word product to creating a table.

To create a table. Go to Insert >> Table >> now through the table grid of layout you can choose  number of rows and columns, which you want to see in your table

After creating a table , you might be able to change its color as per needs , ms word provide a lot of option for desinging  a color full tables

How to add a table into a blogger

Once you have successfully created a table in ms word then you have convert such tables into a HTML code using a ms word Inbuilt option.

• First save it by using a extension of .html
• select save type as " web page, filtered"
• save the file 

After saving a file , you have to open a file to convert it into a HTML format.  Right click on save file>> choose open with option>> click on open note pad .

Copy all the HTML Coding present in the Notepad. Now go to  your site >> Add a New Post >> Edit HTML, and now paste the HTML code in Blogger post editor .
